The old mates and seasoned hardrockers Lee Richards (Another Animal, Godsmack, Dropbox) und Whitfield Crane (Ugly Kid Joe) release the most extraordinary album of their long careers.

Out of the plainly named Richards/Crane, the Americans surprise with some flawless acoustic rock. Ten exciting, fantastically composed songs filled with emotion condense the essentials of music.

Produced by Dave Fortman (Slipknot, Godsmack, Evanescence), Richards/Crane evoke the glorious days of bands like The Eagles, America or Fleetwood Mac in their Danny Kirwan/ Bob Welch phase.

Besides the long years colleagues Frontman (Git) und Drummer Shannon Larkin (Godsmack, Ugly Kid Joe), Lee Richard und Whit Crane count on the assistance of Jim Preziosa (Dropbox) playing the bass and Edward Newton on the strings. In addition to that, the song „Black & White“ features a guest appearance by Myles Kennedy (Alter Bridge / Slash). Another treat for the fans is the collaboration of the traditional Indian singer Vishal Vaid on two songs of the album.

The video „Black & White“, shot by Dan Sturgess (Butcher Babies, Skindred, Coal Chamber), was filmed in the streets of London and at the Download Festival. It also contains cameos from stars like Steel Panther, Benji Webbe (Skindred), Phil Anselmo, Dee Snider, Chris Jericho, Dave ‘Snake’ Sabo and Myles Kennedy.

Lee Richards about their new songs: “If I had to describe the sound of this record I would almost describe it as 70's sounding with a lot of vocal harmonies as well as a lot of counter melody. Working with Whit is truly a pleasure as he has one of the broadest vocal ranges in the business and I've always loved the way our voices work together. He is truly one of the best front men in the business.”
